I contacted Wayne thru my loved one. I heard he is very professional and great and I was hoping to get some guidance and tools. It was very easy to reach Wayne, he replied fast and gave clear instructions. Everything went smoothly and he was very flexible and understanding about certain circumstances. I didn't have anything "planned" and I was a little bit worried should I have like some sort of list of topics, pre information about something. First session was great. Wayne is very easy going / and easy to approach. He is very professional, knows how to read the room, keeps things flowing but not in a hurry. He also knows how and when to make the atmosphere a bit "lighter", keeps things structured. You don't have to worry if you don't have a clear vision on where to start or your thoughts are all over the place, maybe you don't even know what you specifically wanna talk. Wayne knows his job and will take care of that by guiding and listening. It felt very safe to talk. I felt heard and seen and validated. I can be "holding back" with new people but I didn't struggle with Wayne. His approach is very respectful, kind, understanding and caring. I didn't feel any uncomfortable tension or akwardness. He had small "homework" as well, which I think it was great idea and tells he genuinely listened. Person who was with me in the session, was very pleased and happy as well and would recommend 100% Wayne. You can tell Wayne has worked with different type of clients and he is very good "reading" people's personality. I highly recommend Wayne 100%. You don't have to have anything "ready", you can be in any stage in your life. Maybe you need someone to share your thoughts with, someone to listen or you don't even know where to start. He is the man.

Wayne is the most incredible therapist, he responded so quickly to my initial enquiry and is probably the most understanding and easiest to talk to person I’ve ever met. Wayne doesn’t judge anything and has such a great understand of feelings, he can put into words what I’m feeling better than I can and his help is beyond valuable. Wayne’s help goes above and beyond and I honestly cannot recommend him highly enough.

Dr Adlem was very prompt with responding from the initial assessment to follow ups. He was a good listener and always have time. He was a friend that I did not have on the times I was in great emotional pain. He was very easy to talk to and I never felt pressured to open up my problems even if I am a very private person.

Initial response and communication was excellent and I didn’t have to wait days or weeks for a consultation. Wayne instantly made me feel at ease - he was approachable, friendly, experienced and relatable. He validated me but also challenged me on a new perspective, which I really respected as I haven’t had that before with other therapists. He went above and beyond and I can’t thank him enough.

"Where to start? Prior to meeting Wayne, I had the belief that I was “one of them women” that could not orgasm. I tried a few times when I was younger but ultimately I just assumed what the media portrays as climax is highly exaggerated. It wasn’t until the third relationship breakdown for the same reason that I started to think that I really had to get this sorted. Three long term boyfriends all left me because of my inability to climax. But that isn’t the sad part. The kicker was (at the time) I was convinced women don’t really come so three relationships were over now for the same thing. Something I believed wasn’t real. So. It was somewhere around the 2015/2016 mark. A friend of mine was dating a guy who apparently had a really good understanding about sex from a functioning and psychological level. She told me had helped her overcome her self described “hangups”. She asked me if I wanted her to get him to have a chat with me. His name was Wayne. He was a childminder and did some work with nurses at the hospital. I thought why not. What harm could it do? At least with his background of working with patients it meant I didn’t have to be embarrassed. So we all met up one evening with a group of friends and she suggested he had a chat with me. What a nice guy. I can see why she liked him. Charismatic, confident without being cocky and this aurora that stayed around him that just makes it sooo easy to talk to him. I felt so comfortable. It was a surreal conversation. He had a passion for sex, but not in the way you may assume a guy in his twenties would have, but rather.. a bit like an advocate. A real passionate advocate with knowledge and charisma to paint hypothetical pictures to get what he was describing across. It was fascinating. He viewed sex In a way that everyone should be achieving sexual happiness and if not, then they could overcome whatever was in the way and achieve what they desired through various interventions and methods. For someone who, at the time, had no formal psychology related things on his CV, he was definitely knowledgable. I asked him about my problem and he reassured me that it isn’t uncommon for ladies to have climax problems. Wayne helped me identify the root of my issues. I realised that sex was very taboo for me growing up and that had contributed to my mental block. Wayne suggested some things that should help. Without going into the nittygritty, I can say that I was on a journey and guided by Wayne’s advice & knowledge, I discovered my orgasm by myself. I cried. Literally cried, in a way I hadn’t before or have since. I finally discovered what the fuss was about. Had it not have been for Wayne’s approachability & demeanour, I wouldn’t have ever got it sorted. Trustworthy, respectful and just an all round great person. So forward to present day! They weren’t anything serious and life took them in different ways. When my friend found out about his business he has started and the award he was given, she told me. I just felt it appropriate to leave this honest experience I had with him. Before the awards and before the training… he still managed to help me. I’m now married and owe my sexual satisfaction to Wayne for sharing his knowledge helping me to discover myself. Something I never knew possible. Thanks Wayne."

I recently found out I have Endometriosis which is a very painful condition and can make you feel low and lost as not a great deal is known about it or symptoms are just brushed off as not that bad, often more by men. However Wayne listened with empathy to my concerns and helped me to feel reassured. And he was able to help navigate me through the referral process my doctors started. Wayne helped me contact the right departments regarding my treatment at the hospital. Wayne is very easy to talk to and makes you feel at ease!

I’ve had a session with Wayne following a recent break-up. I count myself as quite emotionally intelligent and I’m able to articulate my feelings and remain objective and see things from other perspectives, but I could not get my head around what had happened in this one. The relationship was short, but turbulent and it left me heartbroken and severely confused about what had happened. The good times were amazing but the disagreements weren’t handled well. I felt like I had messed up and was desperate for him back. But thought I would seek help first to ensure I had healed from anything from previous relationships so that moving forward things would be better. I knew Wayne anyway as he used to look after my children, so I felt comfortable talking with him. He patiently let me explain all of my past relationships from the beginning. We broke it down into what was good, what I disliked, how it ended. I explained the disagreements we had in the most recent one, and afterwards Wayne advised me that he was a narcissist. This is why it felt turbulent and left me so hurt and desperate. It had crossed my mind prior to this session, but I shrugged it off and didn’t listen to my gut which confirms I was being manipulated into thinking I was the problem when I wasn’t. He confirmed I wasn’t asking for too much, I was just asking the wrong person. He completely eliminated my self-doubt, and reassured me I wasn’t the bad person in it all! I’m so grateful because I was in such a state and on the cusp of begging for him back. I’m now happily single and healing by surrounding myself with the people who love me for me. I can’t thank him or recommend him enough!! Thank you Wayne.
5th February 2024 (retrospect review)
"Wayne got in contact with me recently to ask for a review as he is now practicing as a Psychologist. I knew Wayne back in 2015 before was a certified therapist as an acquaintance through the NHS. We got talking about psychology and he said he had a keen interest in relationships therapy etc. This lingered in my mind for a few days so I admitted to him I was intrigued & I asked if he would meet for a coffee to hear more about it as I may have something I would want to share with him. After learning he clearly knows what he is talking about, (and that I felt the advice he was giving simply clicked) I decided to approach Wayne several weeks later to ask if he would consider actual therapy sessions. He was unsure to start with because he hadn't done formal therapy before. He offered to help me find an accredited therapist that would meet my needs but I didn't want to go to therapy with a complete stranger. Although I knew Wayne only as an acquaintance, I knew I felt I could trust him. He agreed he would give it a go and allow me to be his first ever client. He didn't feel comfortable taking payment (because he wasn't a therapist back then) but I insisted I reimbursed him for his time. He still flat out refused to progress any further if I insisted on paying. So he offered his expertise in his own time completely free of charge and without reward of any kind. He genuinely wanted to help me. He is such a generous and nice person. We had 7 actual sessions in total. He helped me overcome some of my particular issues that changed me into the person I always wanted to be but couldn't because of my own barriers. Given that these issues were of an intimate nature, he was understanding, professional, approachable, dedicated and respectful. I remember saying to him that I found certain formal words regarding sex uncomfortable. He adjusted the language used to accommodate this and made sure I was completely comfortable - which as a female in my 20's I really appreciated. I said to him that he should go into it as a career as his ability to really help me was a gift and shouldn't be wasted. I am overjoyed that he is now going to be able to help other ladies like me overcome their barriers and enjoy their intimacy. You changed my life Wayne. I still can not thank you enough.
