When I started Relink Therapy in February 24 I had a transactional list of services but it became clear as time went on that clients wanted to come to me because they want discretion, depth and clarity. Not vague advice or surface level solutions. I found adapting and personalising my services was becoming more frequent. So I now I meet with new clients at the initial assessment to ascertain what they are looking to gain, and, together create a bespoke journey how that can be achieved.

An initial assessment is required to obtain an understanding of your situation.
At the end of the Assessment we discuss any recommendations based on the information obtained in during the appointment. This will give you a clear idea as to what we can do to get the results you want.
Initial Assessment
From £75.00
Individual Assessments:
£75.00 and last 60 minutes.
- You will be asked a variety of questions to gain a better understanding of your situation. You do not have to talk about anything you do not want to.
- You will have the chance to ask any questions you may have.
- At the end of the assessment, we will discuss the recommendations which would be most beneficial to your journey.
- You can opt for a longer Individual Initial Assessment should you wish. These are 90 minutes and cost £130.
- It is advised for each individual to have an individual assessment each as it gives the best opportunity to gain as much information as possible. however couple joint assessments are available £130 and last 90 minutes.
Follow up Therapy Sessions
Following on from the initial assessment we would have made a plan to how best proceed. The time in the sessions is used to help you understand, change and empower you onwards to achieve your goals

Individual Sessions
You have the option of two session lengths.
- a 50 minute session is £56.50
- a 90 minute session is £88.25
Couple Sessions
You have the option of two of session lengths.
- a 50 minute session is £71.75
- a 90 minute session is £117.25

Virtual appointments are not routinely available.
Out of Hours Support
I offer the service Out of Hours and can be with very little to no notice. The conditions are as follows:
- This is a local service within a guide of +20 miles or 45 minute drive (one way).
- Minimum of 2 hours.
- Due to many different reasons I only offer this service to existing clients.
- I reserve the right to politely decline without reason to go to certain venues or locations.
- This service is only available to individuals.
- Subject to availability.
Weekends or between 2200 - 0700 weekdays.
Sometimes things can get a bit much and you find yourself really needing support. I can provide informal support to help break the crisis you may be experiencing. Whether that is going for a walk, a chat sitting on the beach. Could even go for a drive-thru milkshake! The clinic venue is available out of hours should that be the client's preference. No matter what you want to actually do, I am your companion to help navigate the toughest of times.

Intimacy shapes how we experience ourselves as adults.
To feel another person respond to us — safely, respectfully and without judgement — can profoundly influence confidence, identity and emotional wellbeing.
For some adults living with physical or learning disabilities, opportunities for gradual, supported and confidence-building intimacy have been limited by circumstance rather than desire.
It is a responsibility I approach with care to support individuals who consciously choose to explore this part of their development.
This specialist service is offered exclusively to adults with physical or learning disabilities who:
- Are over the legal age of consent
- Demonstrate clear decision-making capacity
- Understand the nature of the work
- Personally and explicitly request this pathway
It is not available to the general public.
